We are Earth, Seeds, Roots… we are Biome Women, fruits in motion.
The Earth Women are the strong trunk of our tree, co-founders of ANMIGA and guardians of the ancestry that sustains us.
They are the ones who nurture the national articulation of the network, lead political decisions, embrace the voices and experiences of the territories, and care for the collective pulse of our movement.
They are ANMIGA’s deliberative body, gathering annually and continuously to guide the paths of our struggle.
With voices rooted in the Earth and eyes turned toward the horizon, the Earth Women keep alive a politics of affection, listening, and resistance.

Executive Board Team
ANMIGA’s strength is also built through our daily work: behind the scenes of our mobilizations, in the writing of projects, in political articulation, in listening to the territories, and in the collective management of our dreams.
ANMIGA’s Executive Board is composed of Indigenous women and allies committed to strengthening the struggle of Indigenous women throughout the country. Each area of action carries an essential role in ensuring the functioning of the articulation, while respecting the diversity of knowledge, territories, and ways of doing politics.
This structure is not hierarchical, but rather organic, connected to the voices and guidance of the Earth Women and to the pulse of our grassroots communities. Here, we introduce our guardians, who make up the teams of our articulation.
Executive Secretariat
Cares for ANMIGA’s organizational pulse, ensuring that flows and decisions move forward with coherence, care, and agility.
Political Articulation and Training Secretariat
Sowing ideas, nurturing awareness, and weaving strategies: this is where the paths to strengthen Indigenous women in political struggles begin to grow.
Coordination for Addressing Violence Against Indigenous Women and Girls
It is a space for denunciation, listening, and protection of our own. A place where every pain becomes an agenda, every silence becomes action, and every body-territory is defended with strength and determination.
Communications Coordination
Amplifies the voices of the Warriors of Ancestry and organizes strategies to strengthen ANMIGA Indigenous women’s political vision, paths, struggles, and dreams.

A coordenação do Bem Viver atua na promoção, valorização e fortalecimento do protagonismo das mulheres e meninas indígenas na agenda de Justiça Climática, por meio de ações de articulação, formação e incidência política.
